Let's start with acknowledging that not all furries are sexual deviants, that is true. However, those people exist and form a large part (I daresay a majority) of the socially active Furry Fandom. Other furries mostly accept them, though they might dislike their tendency to attract negative attention towards the fandom as a whole by broadcasting their sexual fetishes around like some sort of achievements.
Granted, not everyone does that, but enough of them do. Information spreads quickly nowadays and the furries have been around for a long time.

And here's the question. If you're a furry, you obviously support freedom of thought, speech and opinion. Why is it wrong to hold a negative opinion on furries in general, when they all consciously choose to belong to a fandom with a questionable reputation of being sexual deviants?

Furries should be humble and accept/acknowledge why they're being thought of negatively, because in the end they are the ones who are at fault, as they are responsible for their own image. Not the other guy who doesn't like them based on that image.
I also know that the furry fandom is not a cohesive movement working for a single goal, but I'm just saying. If you choose to belong in it, you gotta take the bad with the good.

The people who do things like that are often just trolls (which you simply ignore), and even if that was their real opinion they're obviously misinformed. You might call them "stupid retards" for not agreeing with you, but is that any different from what they do to you?

Also, you know they don't devote their entire lives to making furries feel bad. That's an overstatement.
