week and a half ago i ordered a retron 5 and some controllers. after 5-6 days i got my controllers.... but my dam retron 5 has been in the same sorting facility, scene the first time the company shipped my item. WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING!!
so after a week it finally came into my state. at this point o thought to my self, ok good it should be here in a day or 2... nope i was wrong smilie
what they did was sent it to another sorting facility 50 miles where i live, and then the next day they sent it to another sorting facility over 100+ miles away.....WTF!!!!!! and for the past 4 days it's still in that same sorting facility smilie

i also looked up reviews about the company and a allot of people have the same problem...

UPS always delivers my packages at 5:00 PM which is stupid and I hate it.

One time I ordered something off of eBay. The expected date of arrival kept going farther and farther away as the days went on. I soon saw the package shipped to someone else. I was like WTF! GIVE MEH MY NEFARION OVERLORDS!

I ordered a Nendoroid which got shipped by UPS. They left it by the backdoor where it sat for days as I didn't know it was there....
