ok sry if this isn't the good time/place to do this but i need help sort of
yes the big ol ostrich needs help with her neck/shoulder area

for a really long while now i've been having this really bad pinching pain in the area between my neck and my shoulder and it's really starting to bother me. the area goes numb and then after a while it starts to spread to other areas.
it's pretty painful and i don't really want to come to a doctor or anything if i can just treat it on my own. is there anything i can do?

Sounds like you might've pinched a nerve.. If you really don't want to get it checked I'd recommend soaking some towels in warm water and just letting it sit on the area to soothe it, or maybe even massaging it a little.. Really, though, a physiotherapist might help. Seeing a doctor is always a good way to start, though.
