Sticky posts in guestbooks [CLOSED]

I thought it would be a nice idea if the owner of their guestbook could post a sticky message into it.

This way, if the owner wants people to talk to them only in their PM inbox, they could just sticky it to the top, it would stay there, and everyone who viewed the guestbook could see it first. They won't have to deal with the hassle of sending messages to each person individualy.

And have the sticky message editable, and clearly seperated from the rest of the messages.
