I swear this guy is like the shyamalan of nickelodeon. His career started off real promising, then he spiraled downward and started making stupid crap like Sam and Cat, and now this.

Can't wait till the kid hits puberty and the girls look him up shirtless.

Didn't we already have a superhero parody sitcom on Nick? Yeah, The Thundermans already fills the lame superhero show quota, do we need another one of these?

Captain Man might just be the absolute worst superhero name I've ever heard.

Just another reason why Nick needs to get some new talent. Their old talent is dying out... PAINFULLY

THe main reason why superheroes are a thing in TV shows now is because superhero movies are big right now and kids love superheroes and want to be them. It's kinda like Disney singing shows with kid celebrities except they're superheroes.

I haven't seen a Dan Schneider show since Drake and Josh was ending (did catch an episode of iCarly though), and this looks exactly like a Dan Schneider show. I'm sure kids will eat it up.

I feel like watching Drake and Josh now, its been forever.

Schneider is still capable of decent shows, and TBH this doesn't seem too bad. I've certainly seen worse, even from Schneider himself (Zoey 101).

Shyamalan to this day seems to try and get us to take him seriously as a director/writer, and insert some deep meaning that gets lost in translation. At least Schneider is aware that he's simply making kids shows, and rolls with it.

Those other two you mentioned I can't even remember what those acronyms are for off the top of my head, but Spongebob (because it's actually funny at points and no laugh track) and BTR (no laugh track, deconstructions all around, and noticeably more amusing than pretty much anything else on that network, for the first two seasons anyway) are the only sitcoms worth watching on the channel.

Jimmy Neutron ended in like 2006

Didn't care for either of those, sorry. FOP was better than some shows but the animation style is a huge turn-off for me and there's a lot of stuff in it I don't like, and Jimmy Neutron never seemed that amusing or interesting.

Invader ZIM was bae, also Angry Beavers was pretty chill.

they have an interesting and promising idea for a show, but then it goes to crap and ends up being forgotten within a month.
