Skylanders IDW Previews [CLOSED]

It appears that the artists (or, at least one of the artists) working on the IDW Skylanders comics has gone and posted some stuff on his DeviantART account. Thus far, he's posted three images; the first being the sample they showed off when they pitched the comics, the second being the SDCC 2014exclusive cover that we saw the other day and the final being the regular cover for the first issue.

Knowing IDW's history, this style will probably be the consistent style throughout some of the... Larger comic stories; assuming that it'll be split into long arcs and short one-off stories like some of their over series.

It's a lot more "comic-booky" than I expected, but when you've not got a consistent, already thought out style for the Skylanders universe that kind of makes sense I suppose.

Also, note the S3 Jet-Vac on the regular cover for the first issue.

Aw sweet! I like that are style. It meshes well with the Skylanders design. Can't wait to get that comic.
