1st I think there should be a thing where you click on it and it shows every thread/guestbook a specific user has posted in. Like how you can with settings then view posts
2nd An option to "subscribe" to an user (Whenever they post somewhere you will get a notification saying where they posted with a link included)
and finally an option to allow quicker avatar changing by making people able to copy and paste the image url with it still automatically changing the pic to 100x100

That wouldn't work on iOS, which would be the main use for URL avatar uploading. There's currently no way to upload an animated avatar from iOS, because if we save the image then upload it, it's uploaded as a jpg and is unanimated. Being able to upload a gif within the limits, from another URL, as an avatar would be the only option and it's unavailable on this site. It wouldn't solve all cases, but IIRC there are sites where you can make gifs and have them saved to the web, so it would have use for copying those gifs saved to URLs.
