since i'm too lazy to watch all 22 minute of it, i decided to read the description.

it suggests that it's a rumor and nothing else.

Even if the rumors are true, nickelodeon is not going to hire shyamalamadingdong again after his disaster of a film. Most sources reported if it were to be made, it would be animated by paramount instead of live action.

most of nickelodeon's choices over the past decade have not been good ones, but if they know to not mess up one thing, it's their (arguably)most popular and quality franchise in the network's history. And chances are they are NOT going to try making a live action Avatar film again.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles begs to differ. Then again, that is a long time franchise that branches off into different iterations of the source material and Korra is a spinoff to a great show.

I'd LOVE a LoK movie that was animated; basically a movie length version of an episode. I don't know why they have to make everything live action.

A live action movie could be really good if it's done right. ****maIan did such a HORRIBLE job with his crappy disgrace of an adaptation that I'm afraid to see anyone else try.

true, though that's why I said "most" choices. I know a lot of people like the new ninja turtles show. Me personally, I never got into it.

most if nick's shows have NOT been good at all. Some have been cancelled after about a year of airing, their flagship shows like spongebob and fairly odd parents have been spiraling downward thanks to bad writing, and Avatar and Ninja Turtles is pretty much all that's helping them stay alive right now because so many shows have gotten negative reception.
