Last fall I spent HOURS on these small sprites. They are based on their artwork. I have made over 200 of them! These are sprites from all four games. I will add more once I find more character artwork. I also made sprites for in-game and chase variants. They can be found on my DeviantArt. Take a look!

They're really cute, but maybe you should get this moved to the Trap Team forum or Fanart? There aren't that many Skylanders fans in General.
But for advice, don't settle for just two or three main colors in pixel art. Sometimes adding a few dots of several different hues/entirely different colors makes the shading look much more realistic and interesting.
