SIN Technologies. The single largest corporation within the nation. By the year 2023, they were the largest stock owners in the world. Two years later and they had direct involvement with the government. Street police were a dwindling force, and still are. After all, why leave room for human failure where a machine has no fault?
SIN Tech war machines and androids replaced the majority of hard labor workers as well as police and military forces. By the time the government could see the noose they had tied around their necks, it was too late. By the year 2045, SIN technologies had the government in their back pockets, a puppet head for a growing dictatorship.
Magic returned to the world, elves, orcs and other underworlds surfaced. Born out of the children of the growing world. The underworlders were blamed for everything from disease to the growing political tension within the world. These people were denied proper citizenship, treated with distrust, and left to live the lower districts of the city states. SIN tech only further encouraged this mistreatment of the underworlders, although subtlety and out of the way of the prying eye.
The Androids created and programmed to act human enough to pass in society asked for citizenship in the year 2046. Although, that was a right they were never given as humanity demanded their right for dominance. According to SIN Tech, the common android was incapable of having a complete human psyche. The underworld citizens suffered their injustices under the fear of having SIN Tech peering over their shoulder.
2047: SIN Tech was taken over by professor, Doctor Lucian Michael Withers, and the first artificial angel was introduced to the world. A new android built in correlation with biological machinery to create Dr. Wither's vision of the perfect species. These beings were introduced as a way to keep order in the new world. Ruling them a strange artificial god which no one had ever seen. Or, at least the rumors claim. But, no matter who controlled them within SIN technologies, the corporation took over the government publicly in the year 2051.
The corporation strove the become everything that the world needed to survive. The cruelty that no one could cut away. That's why we exist. We go against the all powerful artificial angels and their fake god. We go against the dictation of races for the goal of power. Ultimately, our plan is about as subtle and as sane as that of which to block out the sun. We're the eclipse, and we're going to blot out those who take our freedom from us.

Appearance: Some call her a dark elf because her skin is coal black. She has shoulder length brown hair that she usually puts in a bun.
Brief Background: Sashe came from a line of elves with fairly light skin. When she was born, and her parents saw it as a sign that dark things were to happen. They abandoned her on the side of a road when she was 3. But a gang member found her, and took her in. He taught her how to defend herself, and she sincerely loved him. But he was murdered, and she was left with a gun dealing business, and her adopted fathers weapons.
Other: Wields dual pistols at medium range, a sniper rifle at long, and two knives that freeze any flesh it fully touches.

ooc: Mines, like, one line larger. It's not that bad.

One note on your ice knives, assassinelf: They will freeze the flesh they touch, causing frostbite and a lot of pain. However, they won't freeze the entire person solid. Will it hurt like hell and require amputation? Yes. It sounds REALLY cool. Also, for safety reasons, you might wanna have her wear gloves to prevent freezing her fingers.

Brief Background: She was an orphan on the streets and a local dealer took her in, no one would suspect a small kid moving around drugs. Eventually she worked her way up to the top.
Other: She is a little off the walls with her emotions, she can be calm one second and raging angry the next second, she did drugs when she was younger and even now that she has pretty much kicked the habit they have still messed with her mind. She usually wears a long black coat and blue jeans with a white t shirt. She carries around two daggers and is fairly good at hand to hand combat.

ooc: The eater of worlds is two things. It is more commonly known as a boss from terraria, and less commonly my sisters nick name for me. The later stuck, and I've been using it as an alias. :3

ooc: I have never played Terraria.

ooc: Ah, that's a shame. It's a really fun little game. I'll get the starting post finished by later tonight.

7:36, July 6th, 2052. Your commanding officer has called in all of you for a mission none of you know anything about. The notion itself is strange, as normally some word is usually passed among those of lower rank in the form of rumors. The only thing that you know for sure is that is has something to do with the uneasy alliance between Eclipse and the Underworlders.
You find yourself in a somewhat neat office, which belong to Theodore William. Williams, being your commanding officer, comes off as a stern man. He stands straight with a grim face, built like a tower in his own features. He has a small black beard, trimmed, and nearly straight edged. His brown eyes underneath a buzz cut and slightly bushy brows. He's wearing a leather suit one would normal see on a biker, but in a world wear SIN tech has the big guns its as good as any armor gets.
He clears his throat as if to get your attention, and motions the group to a few chairs in his office. "Operatives, I have an assignment for you."

"An 'operation.' Does every commanding officer talk like this? Or is it just you, Mr. Williams?" asks Sashe. She doesn't sound like she's taunting him- rather, a mix of curiosity, and of humor. Her eyes shine with curiosity. She merely wants to know.

Williams seems taken aback for a moment before a smile appears and he lets out a chuckle. "Well, not everyone in our band of misfits." He says in warm voice, only holding a small piece of the authority he had only moments before. "However, as an 'official' organization built to put an end to SIN Technologies... well, sounding official is the least we can do."
He paces around to the old desk in front of the chairs, trailing his fingers along it. "Tell me, how well aware are you new recruits of the alliance between us and the underworlders?"

"As in.." Sashe gestures to her ears. She knew full and well elves were underwolders. She also knows about the fact they are talking about the alliance between the two factions. She looks towards her comrades, realizing there is only one human.

"Yes, underworlders as in elves, orcs, and anyone else that SIN tech as tried to pin a racial discrimination on." Williams replies, as he waits for an answer from the other two recruits.

ooc: so... now we wait.

ooc: Yea, I just wanna get responses from every so that Williams can fill in anyone (in character) who needs to be. I know shorty is still asleep, and ash may have to wait a day, as she isn't at her house at the moment as far as I know.

Ooc: So all three of you know eachother?

ooc: Yea, shorty's my sister and ash is my best friend since the 5th grade. :3

ooc: ok

Ooc: We are practically sisters and sorry if I have any errors. I'm on my phone.

Raven leaned against a chair that he had motioned to but wouldn't sit, she hadn't been paying attention to the man or elf as they spoke. She chewed on a tooth pick and studied them both for a moment before resting her gaze back on the man, "I just want to know what the assignment is," she said with a blank face. She knew she had been asked a question but she ignored it.

Williams will give Raven a long, hard look before he sighed, "Recruit, while I admire your spunk, but you will answer when your asked a question." He said sternly, his face contorting into a scowl.

Raven cocked her head to the side and a grin formed around the tooth pick, "We work with the "others" to take down SIN Tech. Simple stuff, I know how we have to work together and play nice." She didn't really have anything against the Underworlders but she didn't necessary like them. After all, she was working with them, She would have to play nice if she didn't want to get into to much trouble.

"Close enough." Williams said,drumming his fingers on his desk, "We do favors for them, they do favors for us, and somewhere along the line we don't kill each other before we kill those SIN tech *******s." He paused. "Unfortunately one of our best connections to the underworlders has gone off the radar."

"I wonder why.... but I imagine our mission is related to that." Sashe vocalizes. She didn't sound enthusiastic. Intrigued, definitely intrigued. But not enthusiastic.

Raven crossed her arms over her chest, "Off the radar meaning you LOST that person? Correct?" She smiled pleasantly. To her she didn't sound rude, it seemed like an honest question. The drugs had clouded her mind and she said the first thing she thought of usually but never regretted her words.

"Lost? No. Lost implies that we had this person to begin with. Dr. Alicianne Wonderland has just gone off the radar. We can't contact her, and she won't contact either party." Williams sat in the chair behind his desk. "Once a week Dr. Wonderland, our specialist for android repairs, leaves us updates at special dead drops. After which, we arrange a meeting. however, we haven't received any updates nor have we found her at any of her usual meeting places."

"That's interesting. So are we to find her?" asked the elf. Finding a missing underworlder.... should be interesting.

ooc: God ****. slow internet .

Williams smiles a little and says, "If we knew where to find her, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Your assignment is to find Dr. Wonderland and figure out why she won't contact us." He pulls a file out of his desk draw and slides it to the other side, towards the party. He waits a moment before continuing, "This file contains all of the information we have on our Doctor. I realize she isn't the easiest person to find, but I'll expect a report at least once a week."

Raven nodded and spit her toothpick onto the floor before pulling a cigarette out of her coat pocket,"Do you think the doctor could have been killed?" She thought about lighting the cigarette but changed her mind and stuck it behind her ear to smoke it later outside of the room.

"It's definitely a possibility, but no body as shown up." Williams said. "However, we need to know where she's gone. Otherwise we could be fighting a war on two fronts."

Raven nodded and picked up the file, she flipped through it without really looking at anything before snapping it shut and offering it to the elf, "So, is that all?" She was slightly interested in this assignment and was ready to go.

Sashe read the file slowly and carefully, analyzing the details

"Yes, that's all I have for you. You had better get started. We need to find the Doctor." Said Williams, waiting for you to leave his office.

"Have you ever sent an elf to pick one of the drops for the Underworld?" Asks Sashe as she slowl slides towards the door. She stops quite close to it, waiting for an answer.

"Yes, actually. For what ever reason, our Doctor saw it coming from a mile away." Replies Williams.

Raven nodded and pulled a lighter out of her pocket as she walked to the door as well, "Catch ya later boss man," she said in a light voice with a small wave of her hand before putting the cigarette in her grinning mouth and lighting it as she walked out the door.

"What about an android?" asked Sashe. Her interest had been peaked. She was sure there was a way to get through the drug. There had to be.

"The message is destroyed by destructive magic. Which is in the file, either to drug goes off or the message gets blown to bits. Neither of which is particularly pretty. That and it pisses the good Doctor off." Williams says, motioning to the file.

"I figured there'd be something we haven't tried. Seems not." Sashe exited with a dissapointed look on her face.

Williams chuckled, "Like the file says, you play by Wonderland's rules or you don't play at all. Now get out of here operative. We need her found ASAP." He said, motioning toward the door.
