I set it to adult so they can get married (put mine ahead by 1 year and set both of our birthdays as 6/6 instead of 7/11 and 7/15) just to speed things up

Actually I think they can still propose as long as their profile is 17+ (I just wanted to make sure hence me putting them up an age)

Also they need to be crazily in love for it to happen

Worst video game ever.



There is actually a way to bypass this with a little trick.

Set 1 of your characters (Lets call him Ray for now) as female but make "her" look like a guy.
You can put either gender of clothes on any mii character so give Ray a male outfit. Ray will fall in love with guys because the game technically counts him as a girl

Reverse it for females (Set as male but give female outfits/looks)

I'm not really surprised, but I'm a little disappointed. I understand why though, certain states still don't allow homosexual marriage and if the game went there, well, there would be issues now wouldn't there?
