Don't have him, though looking at the upgrades, I'd probably prefer Squad Leader / Sky Writer

Squad Leader and Ace Gunner.
I chose Squad Leader because I love sending the air strike, and I chose Ace Gunner because it increases the damage of the dash attack to 150.

Thanks for pointing out that Ace Gunner increases initial dash damage, as this is not mentioned in the description and otherwise the path is meh. I tested both paths and didn't notice!
