There was a whole sham about the music in Lavender Town, a ton in the very first pokemon games. There was a myth that the music would give small children headaches, make them vomit, and maybe even commit suicide. There was also a myth about there being strange pictures at the end of the audio file when the music got all staticy. Well, I have found some answers.

First Myth- The music was said to do horrible things to children. It is now banned in the USA, but I am unsure about other countries. This myth is partly true. After listening to it, an incredibly painful headache occurred. My friend's computer glitched and she was forced to listen to the music. She eventually vomited and demanded to see a doctor. There hasn't been any proof of suicide that i know of.

The unowns that you see spell "LEAVE NOW" The scary part is that unowns were NOT created as pokemon until a later generation. What was the reasoning? There is still more to be figured out...

Anyone can form a picture with music.

No it is not.I remember Tamishii Hiroika a youtuber debunked it when she did a test.

On her video she played the alleged tune and the comments were crazy like:

'My lil bro tried to kill himself after this'
and
'I vomited everywhere after this'

Then she made another video stating that she actually played the theme from the American red version.So everyone just made all that up and the myth was debunked.

Maybe it was just a coincidence...
