Probably not Netflix's fault.

Cartoon Network is the one that agreed to the contract(s) and probably is the one that decides when new/more episodes are put up. And instead of actually put more episodes of Foster's, Courage, or others, just forgot about it.

netflix usa has di-gata defenders but canada doesn't

but there's all the episodes easily findable so i can live with my nostalgic "old" childhood cartoons in peace

You know what's worse than Netflix only having one season of a show?

When they have Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, but because they couldn't get the rights to the whole series, they only add Parts 1-4, which include Episodes 1-53.
