For those who don't know, Hangouts is a messaging app by Google for Phones, Tablets, Computers, and other stuff.
You can also do other nifty features, like call people, even if they don't have the Hangouts app if you're connected to WiFi!
You need a Google Account, and with that you can also use other stuff like Google Docs, YouTube etc.
