Norton GoBack can do the job.
CCleaner tells you what Restore points you have, although I dunno if it can take you to so.
TuneUp Utilities I believe can also do so.
If you actually manage to find out you have a restore point, but can't do it, you can take it to that restore point by using the CD that came with the computer.
- First, you have to change the Boot priority of the Drives. When you start the computer, press F2 to reach setup menu (may not be F2 for whatever reason, but it usually is), search for boot priority, and place the CD drive option as the first one the list. This'll make sure any CD in the drive's will load before the Hard Disk, or in other words, before the Operative Sytem.
- Insert the CD you were given with the computer and restart. The CD will start to load it's files. Assuming you have Windows, it'll display the message sayin "Windows is loading files...".
- Wait for it to load. It could take quite a while.
- The "reinstalation" software will start. But don't be fooled, as this software is not only to reinstall Windows, but also to repair certain problems. Now an option of "Repair Windows" should appear, and there you should find what you are searching for. Choose your restore point and wait (a lot) for the computer to restore the computer.
If you complete this succcesfully, you just solved your problem. Congrats.
