Interesting question.

If you refer to all breasts, men and women's, then there is literally double the number of humans.

Now, if you refer to only women breasts, then look at this image:

Red indicates the countries with more females.
Green indicates the countries with the same number of males and females.
Blue indicates countries with more males.

Judging by the prominence of red in the picture, it is possible that the answer is yes, but only if the bigger ratio is double or near double the smaller one.

You don't even have to have raging hormones to know his stuff. I was kind of a sheltered child and even I knew this stuff when I was younger than him, so I don't know what's up. Maybe he's like asexual or something I don't even know.
