Do you think that Trap Masters will upgrade the standard way?

How do you think Trap Masters will upgrade? The standard way, with two upgrade paths, or maybe something different?

Im pretty sure it will be standard. No evidence to the contrary.

That and the 1k chip and storage is all accounted for, so I doubt they're going to burn other areas on the chip for variant type paths. that would be waaaayyy too risky for them. (that was sarcasm for the folks that like to eat the same thing day in and day out).

There is a video about it saying its basic upgrade system core upgrades, than path upgrades, than soul gem

I'm hoping all new Skylanders, including Trap Masters, will be given the option of switching different upgrade paths. Not just Series 2, 3, and 4 figures.

What would be cool is if they got a trap power like the wow pow and it was unique for all the trap masters. Not likely, but I would have done that.
