if anyone has ant tips or tricks on DotD, post 'em.

if you are having trouble with the enemies with the magical masks on, wait until cynder gets fury breath and then go back and use it on them. it is quick and easy. (cynder gets fury breath when you complete the black armor set)

idk yet. i have to find one more piece of armor for him and then i will know. cynder gets an extra breath while having certain pieces of armor on. once you beat the game, you can go back to any chapter.

And what's the unlockable?

i dont know spyro's is yet but i will post what it is here when i know. cynder's extra breath is fury.

Found any new tips?

i just thought of one: this only works with single player

when you have to carry something (like the weights or small crystals) have one character grab the item and the switch characters. the computer cant drop whatever you had them pick up, leaving you to kill anything that is around you (this doesnt work in avalar seeing that you have to climb vines).

I'm merely on the beginning but...

If you want a thousand hits like me, you don't have to waste time on a record. Use Cynder for this. Switch to Shadow and let them gang up on you. Use Shadow and let Spyro do the rest with melees. Might work or not since this is tested with a Wii.

here's another (if you didnt already know this)

in the game, they tell you to hold X (ps3) to descend while flying. you can fall even faster by holding X (ps3) for a second and then letting go of all of the buttons.

I should try that with Wii .

Anyone know where the other 3 red crystals are?

In the underground city, there are 4 dragon statues, and you need 4 crystals for them. I found one of them, where are the others?

Spyro and Cynder BOTH get FURY BREATH. Not Convexity Breath. FURY breath.

it's like convexity breath but without the melee move

It's called Fury breath in-game. It's the same breath you use in fury mode in this game. NOT LIKE CONVEXITY BREATH.

are we really going to start arguing about what the breath is called? i know that when you use Fury in the game you get to use the breath. let's not start an argument.

I'm not getting angry. Just wondering if you were paying attention. When you equip all 3 of the Fury armor's pieces, it says "Fury Breath unlocked!"

No, no, I didn't get upset. Don't worry. It does looks similar.

So, how is this breath?

It's excellent. Beats enemies (even bosses) In a snap. You can't complete the set until The Burning Lands, though. NO EARLY BOSS KILLING WIF ZE FURY BREATH FOR JOO!

i thought of another tip.

before you start to play, turn on the subtitles. some of spyro's enemies say things that you may not notice or hear. and it helps before you face Malefor cause it is sometimes hard to hear what he is saying.

A good tip is to get used to the dodging use. That will be NEEDED in Malefor's battle.

dodging should be used all of the time. it makes it easier to kill enemies

To descend really fast (at least in the 360 version) press the grab button.Your character will grab at nothing, then fall down quickly.

this isnt a tip or trick, just something that i noticed. i just unlocked spyro's fury breath with the armor and if you look closely, spyro's is a tiny bit different than cynder's.

well one armour for each spyro and cynder is fury breath, there is also a set that makes you prone to being stuned, and and the last set is for nuclear hit and poisinous strike.

Not prone to stun. Immune to stun.

Prone and Immune ARE COMPLETLY different; that's a definition problem, with YOU.

Now, another tip is that you should know what each dragon's abilities do and how they can be used.
