SIX MAN ARMY

It was late at night. All the dragons in the Dragon Worlds were sleeping. All seemed well, but that soon changed. A group of dragons then arrived on the scene. They were on a mission. They hid behind a hill behind they’re leader, who was observing the lands for anyone awake. They’re leader was one of a kind, not relying on pure strength, but tactics and strategy. He was a black dragon and was gifted with a talent of being able to plan an attack or mission, and complete it with out a hitch.

The leader’s men weren’t your run of the mill dragons either, five of them in all, each with a talent for something. But one thing they all had in common was not only the fact they were all black, but being able to slip through the most guarded routes without being detected. Due to there reliability, they had earned the nickname ‘Stealth Hunters’. As soon as the leader realised that no one was awake, ordered his men to start there work. The five scouts then flew over to the village to begin there mission. The leader stayed behind to watch for anything that could cause a problem, which often happened with late night stealth missions.

Unlike other stealth missions, they weren’t sent to infiltrate a base, find the information they searched for, and report back. This time there were sent to kidnap a particular dragon. Despite not ever executing a mission like this, the stealth squad knew what to, when to do it and how to do it, thanks to there training from ‘Big Boss’, a well respected member of the stealth hunters. Big Boss wasn’t taught how to do the great accomplishments he was known for, but rather teaching him self. The dragon that the stealth hunters searched for was a purple young dragon, with yellow horns, wings and underbelly, named Spyro. Spyro was known a lot for saving the dragon worlds countless times. His attitude to things doesn’t suggest this however. He was followed by a golden dragon fly named Sparx. This made more troubles for the stealth hunters. Despite being taught on how to sneak out with someone without waking up or setting any alarms off, they weren’t taught how to kidnap them with people around them. However, they continued as they normally would.

All six of the hunters sent out was now checking every single hiding place that Spyro could be in, making sure not to make a noise. What the hunters also all had in common was the ability to check the surrounding environment to avoid any detection. This made any mission practically impossible for the hunters to be caught. The search had now been going on for five minuets. One of the six had found Spyro inside a cave, sleeping. But he was not alone, for the scout saw him sleeping next to another dragon, with a darker shade of purple than Spyro, having white horns, her underbelly and wings were coloured a shade of pink and purple. Her name was Cynder, she also had some special characteristics, such as 6 horns on her head, two shorter than the last, starting from the top of her head which then went down wards. The scout signalled out to the other’s he had found they’re target. All six, including the leader stealthily flew over to the cave. They all saw the problem they had on they’re hands.

Has anyone read this and not replied or just not read this?

It looks like in this fan-fic the Main Character will be Evil Great job indeed! ^,^ Can ya write more? =D

They all had to think of a strategy quick. Normal training teaches to grab the mouth of the victim, and then knock them out. This obviously wouldn’t work. They somehow had to get Cynder out of the cave so they could get in and continue the mission, but they then had the problem of Cynder not seeing Spyro be taken away. They silently told each other they’re plans using sign language. However no plan was executed if there was any risk of being seen or caught, which most of there ideas did. But there luck then turned around. Cynder then woke up, yawning and stretching. The leader ordered the five to hide on the ledge above the cave. He followed them up too. Cynder had since walked out the entrance. Now the hunters had two options. One, one of the six follows Big Boss’ training, but this carried a risk of her screaming to Spyro. The other option was to distract her somehow. They decided to distract her by throwing a stone into the fields in front of them, but throw it to the side without her seeing. This caught her attention as she prowled to wards the grass that had moved because of the stone. Two of the scouts were ordered to grab her hostage. As with all hostages, Cynder tried to scream and wriggle out of the scouts grasps, but was unable to. However, the noise created by Cynder's escape attempt also woke Spyro up. The scouts took there new hostage to the ledge above the cave where they rest were hiding. They then, still holding her mouth shut, managed to stop her from moving and give away there position.

Spyro was wondering what all the commotion was about outside. He left the cave to find out. Cynder had seen this and tried signalling him, but was unsuccessful. The scout had stopped her from moving. Instead of jumping down from the ledge and taking they’re target by surprise, which could cause them to be detected, The Hunters waited for the right time to strike. Cynder tried screaming to Spyro, but was stopped by the scout once again, who whispered to her.
‘You don’t want to do that now.’ He smiled as he said this. Thankfully for the hunters, Spyro didn’t seem to her Cynder's cry for help.

Cynder was desperate to save Spyro from the hunters. She knew that they only wanted him so they could continue with some other plan. Cynder managed to free one of her arms and hit the scout holding her away. She then screamed to Spyro.
‘Run Spyro! There trying to get you!’ The scout then held her mouth closed again and held her back from escaping. However, they knew that Spyro would respond to this, and sure enough, he turned around quick enough to see them holding Cynder back. Spyro was now filled with rage because the hunters had Cynder hostage, but also was scared because of the same reason. Spyro hated anyone who tried to hurt Cynder, but also was scared about her safety. Spyro either had two options. One was to try and save Cynder from the hunters, or two, follow Cynder's cry and run from them. This was a no-brainer to him. He always tried to save Cynder from any danger if possible. But before he could act, all of the hunters except for the scout holding Cynder jumped down from the ledge. Spyro was furious with them.
‘You better leave her alone, or you guys wont see tomorrow!’ Spyro threatened them to try giving her back to him. The leader then spoke to Spyro.
‘We have no intentions for her… it’s you we want.’ The leader said without any emotion in his voice. He smiled after saying this. Spyro then knew who they were, he had heard about them in the past many times. Some people often called them “Big Boss’ Six”, he then knew he couldn’t out smart them. Cynder managed to get the scout off of her.
‘Spyro! Run! It’s Big Boss’…’ She was stopped by the scout who had grabbed her again, this time knocking her out. The scout then jumped down to help capture Spyro.

Spyro realised he was too late to save Cynder, and he knew he couldn’t attack the hunters; otherwise he would be killed by them. His only option was to run from them, but he had to time it right. Too early and he would be stopped, too late however, and he would be caught. Spyro then tried to attack the leader, who jumped back to defend himself. Spyro quickly turned around to run, but saw he had been surrounded. All the scouts were ready to pounce at Spyro.
‘Damn! Surrounded!’ Spyro should have known that the hunters were virtually impossible to get rid of. The leader then orders them to hold Spyro down.

Spyro now pinned to the ground, knew he couldn’t stop them. Spyro was trying to fight his way out of the scouts grasps. The leader then walked up to him. He was smiling.
‘What do you want from me?!’ The leader didn’t reply.
‘Sweet dreams, Spyro the Dragon’ The leader then raised his hand up high and hit Spyro's head hard, Spyro was then dazed after this. He soon then became unconscious.

THE CELL P1

It had been half an hour since the incident happened in the dragon worlds. Spyro soon woke up to find he was trapped inside a cell room. Spyro was confused by this, even though he knew Big Boss’s Six were involved. Spyro looked around to see if there was away to escape. There were three walls and one door. The walls had small windows in to allow the guards to see what was happening inside the cell. The door however was, what looked to be an electric door that opened upwards. The whole room looked to be like a modern prison cell, only this was in the dragon worlds. Big Boss seemed to have made his base hi-tech and virtually un-escapable. The door then opened. Spyro turned around to see someone coming through the door, but whoever it was all he could see was an outline.
‘Cynder? Is that you? You’ve got to help me get out of here!’ The figure then came closer to Spyro. The leader then revealed himself from out of the shadows. Amazingly, the leader of Big Boss’s Six looked a lot like Cynder. Six horns all white, but had silver wings and underbelly instead of having a red-purple colour. His tail did have a knife shape like Cynder's, but didn’t have a hole in the side of it. He also had silver spikes from his head to his tail, like Spyro's. Spyro was shocked by the resemblance to Cynder. The leader was smiling.
‘Who are you?! And where am I?!’ Spyro was shocked, confused and angry all at the same time. The leader then knew that Spyro hadn’t remembered a thing from the assault.
‘Spyro, Don’t worry; I’m here to help you’ The leader acted if he was on Spyro's side.
‘How do you know my name? and what do you mean you’re here to help me?’ The leader then looked around him.
‘A friend of mine keeps talking about you. Her name is Cynder.’ Spyro then looked at him wondering if he was lying.
‘And how do you know her?’ The leader then thought about what to say next. Even though he had been observing Spyro to see his weakness, he still didn’t have a reason for knowing Cynder. This is mostly because Cynder has been next to Spyro's side.

The leader then remembered that Cynder normally went out into the fields in the morning. He then lent against one of the walls.
‘Well do you know she normally goes into the fields in the mornings?’ Spyro knew she did this, but had never actually seen her do this. ‘I had got stuck in a crack in a wall. I got in there because I was hiding from someone, didn’t expect to get stuck though.’ Spyro then wondered who was hiding from.
‘Who were you hiding from then?’ The leader then looked at the floor, then back at Spyro.
‘Have you heard of Ember?’ Spyro then looked away for a second and then looked back at him.
‘Mmm, The pink nightmare.’ The leader then laughed a tiny bit. He was shocked though. He thought he had just made that name up.
‘Yeah. That pretty much explains her.’
‘You are talking about the one with a heart necklace and tail right?’ Spyro asked this just to confirm he was right.
‘What, she was after you once?’
‘Yeah, the worst thing is to find out she loves you.’ The both laughed a bit.
‘Any way, I was hiding from her because she was after me, and I landed in the fields just near where a cave is, so I try to find a place to hide from her and find nowhere, until I saw that crack in the wall. I figured id be able to hide in there just until Ember went away, and It worked, almost. I got stuck in there overnight, and when I woke up, I realised I was still stuck in there. So I was pushing and shoving to get out, but that didn’t work. Then I saw this almost black dragon, and I was surprised about how much they looked me, anyway, so I tried to get whoever it was to help me out of the crack, and we did get me out.’
‘And that’s when she told her name to you?’ Spyro said to finish the story. The leader then looked up at the ceiling.
‘Yeah, pretty much. And then she mentioned you’re name, and I was asking who you were, what you were like basically, and we’ve managed to see each other in the mornings now.’ Spyro then remembered about Flame.
‘What happened to Ember then?’ The leader now had to make up a story that fit what was going on currently.

He knew that Spyro knew Ember, but he thought he only just made up Ember, so he couldn’t make a story, otherwise Spyro would know he was lying about the Ember and Cynder story.
‘Ummm, you know, I don’t actually know what happened to her. After the crack in the wall incident, I haven’t heard or seen her.’ The leader hoped that this would fit in with what happened to Ember.
‘That’s because she found Flame.’ The leader then sighed a sign of relief.
‘Who’s Flame?’ The leader then looked at Spyro.
‘Umm, well he looks like me. Only he’s red instead of purple.’
‘He must be unlucky if he has to deal with her then.’ Spyro laughed a bit because of this.
‘Why are you here then?’ The leader then had to make up another story to fit the situation.
‘Well, I’m the one who makes sure prisoners don’t escape. Or kill themselves. What about you then?’ The leader asked to make his story fit.
‘Don’t know. Went to sleep in a cave with Cynder, woke up in a prison cell.’ The leader then saw a scout signal that Big Boss wanted him.
‘Anyway, I got to going. Nice to meet you Spyro.’
‘Nice to meet you too. By the way, what’s you’re name?’
‘Umm, Silver. Oh what happened to Cynder?’

WHERE IS SPYRO? P1

Back in the dragon worlds Cynder had just woken up from when the scout had knocked her out. Just like Spyro, Cynder got amnesia from being knocked out by the scout.
‘Wh…What happened? And where am I?’ She jumped down from the ledge and quickly realised where she was. ‘How did I get up there then?’ Cynder then went into the cave and realised that Spyro was missing, but she didn’t go looking for him. He sometimes went wandering outside, and nothing seemed to be out of place. She then saw this note that was written on a piece of paper. The note read:
‘Cynder
Just gone out for a wander, be back soon.’
‘Spyro, you and your wandering’ Cynder said smiling.
Cynder soon fell asleep knowing that Spyro had gone out. It was a calm night that night, and almost silent. The waterfall in the dragon worlds was enough to make you shout to be heard, but all the dragons had got used to it.

It was morning. Cynder was walking in the fields as she normally did, but this time she was worried about Spyro. He hadn’t come back last night, and Cynder feared that something might have happened to him.
‘No, I shouldn’t worry about him. He’ll be back by tomorrow.’ Cynder then left the fields with those words of confidence. However he didn’t come back that day, or the next. In fact five days since his disappearance, Cynder then started having nightmares about him. Every time she woke up after one, she called to Spyro and cried. The other dragons tried to calm her down saying that he would be alright and be back soon, but none of them knew what happened to him five days ago. Only Spyro and Cynder knew what happened, but neither of them could remember that night. Flame had heard about Cynder's fears and worries and had come to calm her down as well but, like the other dragons, was unable to. He knew that Cynder wouldn’t stop worrying about Spyro until she saw him, and tried to get her to eat instead.

It was midnight in the dragon worlds, and Cynder had finally gotten some sleep since Spyro's six day disappearance. She was twitching and shouting because she was going through another nightmare. She dreamt that she had finally found Spyro in the fields and found he was ok. But he wasn’t himself, he was black and his eyes were pure white. Cynder had gone up to him.
‘Spyro! I’ve been worried about you so much!’ She hugged him while saying this. She was then pushed away by Spyro who looked round at her angrily.
‘Worried about me?! You never once tried to find me! You just stayed here and let me almost die!’ Cynder looked at him terrified.
‘I wanted to come find you, but I had eaten because of you! I couldn’t fly or run to save you!’ Spyro then came up to her and held her by the neck.
‘Liar!! You could easily have come but you just stayed where you were!!’ Cynder was trying to get out of his grasp.
‘Spyro you have to believe me!! I couldn’t come!! I didn’t even know where you were!’ Spyro then pushed against a wall.
‘You where just sat there with Flame next to you!! You could have come, but you decided to stay there with him!!’ His grasp then got stronger. Cynder was now having trouble to breath.
‘Spyro, I was trying to figure out where you were!!’
‘Liar!! You just sat there with him!!’ Spyro then moved Cynder from the wall to the ground.
‘Spyro! It’s the truth!! I couldn’t come to help you!! I'm not lying!!’
‘Fine then! If you think lies will get you out of this, then I’ll make you feel the pain I did!!’ Spyro then jumped off her. The five scouts from the night Spyro disappeared then showed up. However they weren’t soldiers, they where forming up with Spyro. One of them goes up to her and throws her about, the other then scratches her and it continues like this. Cynder is then barely able to stand up, she is wounded and hurt. She is crying, but not because of the pain, she is crying because of what Spyro is doing. All five scouts then hold her down. Spyro then slowly walks up to Cynder, with one of his claws ready. Cynder knows what he will do next.
‘Spyro… You don’t have to do this…’ He then jumps on to her holding her head down. He puts his claw next to her neck.
‘Well you thought that not saving me and then lie was going to get you out of this, so I’m showing you the pain that I suffered and the fear of death running down my veins!!’ Cynder now knew that he would probably kill her.
‘But this is for staying with Flame this whole time!!’ Spyro then raised his claw high. Spyro then started laughing as he swung his claw down.

You really make the most intense stories.

It took my about half a day to write that and you're already done?! Man youre a fast reader.

WHERE IS SPYRO? P2
‘Cynder! Wake up!’ Cynder suddenly woke up. She was crying and had fear running down her body. Cynder then started hugging Flame to help calm her down.
‘Help me Flame! Spyro's after me! He wants to kill me!’ She then was full of tears.
‘Look, it was just a dream. He would never do that to you would he?’ Flame was trying to stop her crying so much. Cynder then lifted her head from his shoulders and looked at him.
‘But he was trying to kill me because of you!’ She then dropped her head again and continued crying.
‘Come on Cynder, calm down. He wouldn’t attack you then try to kill you because of me now would he? If anything, he’d try to kill me.’ This seemed to calm her down, but not by much.
‘Look, why don’t I go and get something for you to eat, hmmm? It’s probably the hunger that you’re having these dreams’ Flame put her down and went to get something for her to eat. Cynder went and walked outside the cave and headed to the fields. Everything was peaceful, which usually never lasted long in the dragon worlds. But it had been six days since any disturbance, and the sixth day was usually when something went wrong. She was then proven right. Cynder was turning round to go back to the cave to sleep, before she heard a voice that sent fear down her body.
‘Cynder!’ Cynder looked around to see Spyro jet black with white eyes just like in her dream.
‘No, no Spyro! You’re making a mistake!’ He obviously ignored her and started walking towards her

Flame was still looking for something for Cynder to eat. He had been to five different locations but had found nothing.
‘Figures, you can find what you need when you don’t need it, but never when you need it most.’ He then found a place with some food in it. ‘Finally’ he then did a faint laugh. He was just leaving when someone called him.
‘Flame!’ Flame then turned around to see Ember flying towards him. He put down Cynder's food and watched as Ember landed next to him.
‘Ember? What are you doing here? I told you that I was here to help Cynder.’ Ember then looked around her to see no-one else was around. Flame watched her as she did this. ‘What are you doing? You’ve not be followed here, have you?’ Ember then turned to look at Flame.
‘No, of course not, I'm checking none of Big Boss’ Six are around.’ Ember then looked around again.
‘Why, are they after you too?’ Ember looked back at him again.
‘No, but I know something that they’ll kill me for if they found out.’ Flame interrupted her before she could finish.
‘What do you know that they don’t want you to know?’ Ember then checked the hills to see if any of Big Boss’ Six were there. She then looked at Flame again.
‘Flame, six days ago I was flying here at night because I couldn’t sleep, and I was going to come back, but then I saw them. I saw Big Boss’ Six come and land in the fields behind a mountain and I knew they were probably here because they wanted Spyro.’ Flame then looked around as well. He knew that anyone that had seen Big Boss’ Six normally was captured and either made to forget the event or have them killed.
‘And you saw them take Spyro?’ Flame then looked back at Ember.
‘That’s the thing; they distracted Cynder and then took her hostage. That’s when Spyro came out to see what had happened and that’s when they knocked her out and covered Spyro at all sides. He tried attacking the leader and then tried to run for it, but they caught him before they could.’ Ember then looked around again.
‘But why didn’t Cynder….’ Ember pulled him to a wall and hid there with him. Ember had put her hand over Flames mouth to stop him from making a noise.
‘Shhh!’ Flame then shrugged to ask why to be quiet. Ember replied by pointing at a black dragon flying in the sky. He was one of Big Boss’ Six. Flame then stayed quiet with Ember.

Ember let him go as soon as the black dragon had gone. Flame continued his question.
‘Why didn’t Cynder tell me that Spyro was taken by them?’ Ember was a bit shocked by this.
‘Don’t you know what happens when one of Big Boss’ Six knocks someone out? They normally get amnesia and forget the last two hours of they’re life. Cynder and Spyro had both been knocked out, so they probably both had amnesia and don’t remember a thing about it. All she knows is that Spyro went missing during that night, and all Spyro probably knows is that he went to sleep in a cave with her, but woke up somewhere different.’ Flame only had one question to ask now.
‘But did you see where they went with Spyro?’ Flame held Ember when he asked this.
‘Well, I was going to follow them, but I didn’t want to be caught. He’s probably being held at Big Boss’ base.’ Ember checked again.
‘Why didn’t you tell me this before?’ Ember then looked back at him.
‘Because I didn’t want you to get involved in this, and if you were involved, they would probably take you too.’ Flame asked her one final question.
‘But why tell me now?’
‘Because I thought that Cynder might remember what had happened and went to rescue him by her self, but when you had to come calm her down, I knew that I should tell you as soon as I could.’
‘Well at least knowing now is better than…’ He was interrupted by a voice shouting.
‘Spyro!’

Strange sightings P1

At first Flame thought that Spyro had come back, but then realised that Cynder had said it in distress. He then grabbed the food and started running towards the fields. Ember followed him so that she could protect him. When they were near the fields, they could see Cynder backing away, but they couldn’t see Spyro.
‘Spyro please stop! I didn’t know where you were!’ She then fell over backwards, still backing away. Flame and Ember then knew that Spyro had come back, only in Cynders imagination.
‘Cynder stop it! You’re hallucinating! He’s not really there!’ Flame shouted to her. Spyro then looked at the two.
‘Well well, if it isn’t Flame and little Ember.’ He grinned as he said this, but only Cynder saw it. Spyro then walked towards them. Flame then ran to Cynder, who was warning him about Spyro. ‘Running won’t help you Flame!’

Cynder tried to stop Spyro from walking any closer to them, but when she jumped towards him, she could feel her hitting him on the cheek. Spyro then hit her away, but Cynder actually felt this and fell backwards. He then walked towards her and hit her aggressively on the head, knocking her out. Flame had seen this and ran over to Cynder. Ember soon followed.
‘What happened?!’ Ember asked worried. Flame looked up at Ember
‘I… I don’t know…’
‘Can you get her out of it?!’ Flame looked back at Cynder.
‘I don’t know…’

Me: See?
Spyro: Really? Must I be like go dark for 10 seconds?
Me: Spyro you boozle! You spoiled it!

Strange Sightings P2

Cynder had continued her hallucination in the form of a dream. Cynder could feel her jaw in a lot of pain. Spyro walked behind her, and continued his beatings. This carried on for about three minuets. Spyro then picked Cynder up by her back and threw her against a wall. Cynder then looked to the right of her, but was pulled back by Spyro.
‘What do you want Spyro…’ she had no emotion in her voice as she said this because of the pain she was in.
‘I want you to meet a friend of mine…’ he then threw back to the ground.
Spyro then walked over to Cynder and bent down, picking her head up.
‘You’re not going to see him this way.’ He pushed her head to the right to reveal five black dragons, the same ones from Big Boss’ Six. However Cynder didn’t recognize them.
‘Who are they…?’ Spyro pulled her head back to him.
‘I’ll let you figure that out for yourself.’ He then dropped her head back down to the floor. She then moved it back to the right.
The five dragons then moved out of the way to reveal a sixth one; the leader of Big Boss’ Six, the same one that looked like Cynder.
‘Remember me Cynder?’ Smiling as he said this.

Flame had moved Cynder back into the cave to stop her from getting cold. Ember the looked out of the cave.
‘Looks like you got her in just in time.’ It had only just started to rain, but Flame was more worried for Cynder than the weather.
‘Come on Cynder! Wake up!’ He said this softly so that he didn’t shock her. Flame tried different techniques to wake her up, but none of them worked. Ember then sat next to him.
‘Maybe we should just let her sleep for now; you could be making it worse for her.’ Flame then looked at Ember.
‘Maybe your right… although there is one thing that I’m surprised at.’
‘And what might that be? Hmmm?’ Ember put one of her claws under his chin.
‘That you didn’t attack her before’
‘Because Big Boss’ Six were there silly.’
‘But what if they weren’t?’ Flame asked
‘Why would I want to attack her anyway?’
‘Because you love Spyro?’ Ember then took her claw away from him and laughed a tiny bit.
‘I would have, but I met you didn’t I? And I don’t care that he has a new girlfriend. But I love Spyro like you love Cynder.’
‘What?’ Flamed asked in confusion.
‘As a friend, not as in marry each other love.’
‘Oh…’ Flame then looked back at Cynder.

STRANGE SIGHTINGS P2
Who are yo…. Well he’ll have to…. No! Get aw…’ She then stopped twitching and talking, Flame was going to go to her but Ember stopped him.
‘She needs sleep, and so do you.’ Ember said as she pulled him back to her. ‘We’ll be here if anything happens to her right?’
‘Of course, just scared.’ Ember then layed down
‘About what?’ Flame turned to Ember
‘Never mind, it’s not important’ Flame then layed next to Ember
‘Tell me, I want to help you Flame, but how can I if you won’t tell me?’ Flame then looked at her.
‘If you want to know, I’m scared of something happening again’ Ember looked confused.
‘What do you mean something happening again?’ Flame looked back a Cynder.
‘Quite a while back, like when I was four, my dad went missing.’
‘What happened to him?’ Flame looked back at her
‘Don’t know, he just disappeared, but my mum was so upset, she began having nightmares, hallucinations, she even went without food for three weeks.’ Flame then put his head on his hands.
‘What happened then?’ Flame just looked at her without moving his head, and then looked back at Cynder.
‘She was getting paranoid, wouldn’t let anyone near her, she drove her self nuts. Then she just disappeared, no one knew where she went, what happened to her, just that she’d gone.’ Ember then looked guilty
‘Sorry, I…I didn’t realise’ Flame looked at her again.
‘It’s alright; you just want to help me don’t you?’ He smiled at her. After seeing this, Ember smiled back. She then went to sleep, leaving Flame still awake. He then fell asleep.

Flame woke up in a place he knew he recognized. He had sudden joy.
‘Is this, my old home?’ He then walked inside to find his parents there.
‘Mum, Dad?! I missed you so much!’ He then started running toward them, but then everything dissolved in front of him. He was now floating in a dark place, but he couldn’t move anywhere. He looked around to see why, and found that he was in an electrified torture device. A door then opened, and the leader of Big Boss’ Six stepped in.
‘Who are you?! And what have you done with Ember and Cynder?!’ The leader walked up to Flame.
‘Cynder is in a cell, and I haven’t done anything with Ember, not yet anyway.’ Flame couldn’t tell who it was behind the mask, because it was a full facial mask with slots for eyes, ears, mouth and nose. His voice was also muffled by the mask to improve hidden identity.
‘Now, I want to know how you know about my six and how we took Spyro.’
‘And if I don’t talk?’ The leader laughed a tiny bit
‘Ever known what it feels like to have two hundred and forty volts put around your body?’ Flame then looked at him angrily.
‘And you think that will get me to talk?’ The leader then turned away and walked back.
‘No, but will it help you talk if I say that Ember will be in here next if you don’t talk?’
‘You don’t have it in you to do that to her…’ The leader then turned around.
‘Oh, but I do have it in me, in fact, I like the thought of torturing her.’ The leader then walked back to Flame. ‘Tell me how you know about me taking Spyro…’ Flame didn’t answer. The leader pressed a button on a device he was holding. Flame then was in excruciating pain, yelling because of it. It lasted for thirty seconds before the leader turned it off. ‘Tell me how you know!’ Flame still didn’t answer. ‘I’m going to do this two more times, and if you don’t tell me, you may never see Ember again.’ Flame still didn’t answer but was breathing heavily. The torture then started again, with Flame yelling again. It lasted a minuet this time. ‘Tell me how you know about the mission!!’ The torture then started again, lasting three minuets. ‘Last chance! Tell me how you know!!’ All Flame did was breath heavily. ‘Very well then, I’ll have Ember killed then.’

Flame then managed to free his arm from the torture device, which he then used to pull the leader backwards and slam him against the wall. He then tried to get out of the device, which he did successfully and then started running for the door, but the leader managed to grab him by the neck and started pulling him backwards. Flame then tried to get out by hitting the leader on head with his free arm, and despite hitting him, the leader didn’t let go.
‘Fine, I don’t mind changing my plan to have you killed as well.’ The leader then threw Flame to the ground and held him down by the neck. Flame then punched the leaders head making his mask come off. Flame couldn’t believe his eyes.

'Spyro!!' Flame then woke up. He realized that he was just dreaming. He was breathing heavily. Ember then walked into the cave.
‘Are you o.k. Flame?’ She looked at him worryingly.
‘Yeah… Bad dream’ He then looked around him to find that Cynder was missing. ‘Where’s Cynder?!’ Ember then walked towards and held his head up.
‘Your such a worrier, you know that? She’s outside getting something to eat.’ Flame then remembered about yesterday.
‘Did you tell her where Spyro is?’ Ember then remembered that she was going to tell her.
‘I’ll go tell her now, o.k.?’ Flame then stood up, stretching while doing this.
‘No, I’ll tell her. Can you see if any of Big Boss’ Six are about?’
‘Already done, they haven’t shown all morning.’ Flame looked out the cave entrance.
‘That’s odd, normally they hang around for about a week or two to make sure no one knows.’ Just before she left the cave, Ember turned around to Flame.
‘It’s been seven days since it happened, anyone would think they would have left by now.’ Ember then left the cave.
