Does anyone know where the other two crystals are?

Which two? Be specific. The second to last one you get are on a building that has fused into the Destroyer. It opens a tunnel. The other is the heart of the destroyer. Use the wind tunnels to make your way to the heart, and pound at it until you're forced to come around for another try.

Same for me. It's hard to find the other cristals and I only got 4/12! lol

I found the building but no crystal. Where is it?

Kill all the enemies. It will appear.

Oh ok. I saw the pod things where the enemies pop out but they never did.

Hmm. Try wandering around on the building.
