Hello guys this is Sky the Primal Dragon bring you a the first ever Pokemon DarkSpyro Championship Tournament or PDSCT for short. I've been wanting to start one of these for a while so I thought to myself Why not? Anyways I hope you all are ready fight it out in a 16 man tournment to see who is the best Pokemon Trainer here on Dark Spyro! smilie Here is how you enter

1. For each match you must use 3 pokemon for each battle no more (until the semi-finals which then its a full on 6 vs 6)
2. You can not use legendary pokemon in these battles
3. All pokemon must be lv. 50 in order to enter (but I don't really have to worry about that because Pokemon X and Y I think that you are automatically lv.50 for all pokemon)
4. You must record the battle and both trainers must show me the battle video...(if you can't send me the battle video just tell me who won)
5. Post your Friend codes here in the forums if you are joining the tournment.
6. Have fun

Is there a set tier like OU or Uber(no legends)?

Just no Legendaries I don't know about the Uber or the OU thing

Maybe you should let someone with experience and knowledge of tournaments handle this....

mind if i butt in and polish up the rules? Im assuming standard smogon clauses at the least. Which means no messing around with evasion (boosting ur evasion/ lowering accuracy), no putting the entire team to sleep (one at a time) and no shenanigans with pokes like perish song/stall Gengar and Seismic Toss Kanga

Why don't you make a certain banlist,as not all legendaries demolish everything.

Not being able to use an all Base-80 stats Pokemon in Phione, and being able to use Mega Blaziken or Mega Kangaskhan, that is a straight nono.

And even so, I doubt this'll last anyway.

@kardonis Just all the Legendary Pokemon are banned everything thing else is allow

So what you're wanting is an anything goes battle competition with level 50 and no legendaries as the only restrictions.

I'm thinking they just want clarification on some of it thats all.
Like myself, I was at first wandering if we had to use the same 3 pokemon for every battle or if we could change them for each opponent.
So if its anything goes then that answer is: we can change out pokemon for each opponent if we choose

If you mean if you use one team for one opponent and use another for next Yes until the Semi Finials but you must use the six pokemon that you um...I'm going to say Register for a lack of a better word for this tournament. Meaning that when you tell me the six pokemon your entering you can't switch them out but you can use three different pokemon that for each match as long they are in your Team.

For Example Lets say you have a Team of Mudkip, Torchic, Treecko, Chimchar, Piplup, and Turtwig for the first match you use Mudkip, Torchic, and Treecko and you win. Then for the next match you can switch them out with your other three pokemon.

One other thing - Items
Are we allowed to change them?
Example:

Charizard starts with Quick Claw then is later changed to Megastone.
Or must it stay the same all the way through?
