USA: 3rd most livable country, 2013

Okay it's kind of, but problem. England didn't exactly settle in Canada. That would be the French before they lost a little war. And the French did help the Americans with the Revolution.

What I'm getting at is Canada is mainly French/English language (as well natives) And by English I think it's the American english not the England English.
