Yes this was known info, but it said that they were interested in making a movie. That's different then saying we are kmsking a movie. They are just starting the possibility.

Personally, I dont see it happening. I'm assuming that some of those other video game movies will come out, and they'll probably be incredibly awful, and they'll pull the plug on them.

A Skylanders movie would work well as a TV special on a network like Nick or CN. There's a much lower risk doing it that way, especially if it doesn't end up doing a lot. Now you could argue that with a kids movie coming out in say, March/April would do amazing (that'd be the time to release it when there's not much "kids fare" movies) but then you also have to consider what parents would do. $9 for a figure is one thing but $9 for a movie?

WOAH now a SPYRO movie, that would be incredible!!!! i would loooove to see them make that but it will never happen!!
