Fire Alpaca. Wild uses it, it's a lot like SAI. :3

Or if you have a group of Pirate friends you can get SAI from them *cough* you didn't hear from me

You can actually transparent backgrounds unlike SAI's complicated works. There's circle tools and much more things.
