I'm pretty sure it's harpy... "Harpie" is the spelling used in Yu-Gi-Oh cards. As far as Google is concerned. So, that could be the misinformation you're getting.

didnt grow up with spyro 1 2 or 3 but i think some classic spyro enemies should come back e.g ripto or gnorcs

I would love to see back varon bon shell shock the reason being we did not see his full potential in swap force and of course mesmerelda and the villains I like so far are krank case brawl and chain and shrednaught and chill bill also wolf gang so basically all of them except the chompy mage

I could go for a Hydra, or other multi-headed character. Gives them room to be creative with personality, multiple voices, and maybe doing something silly with hats. Probably wouldn't be too hard to design cool abilities for, either.
