You still need to find time to sleep. Sleep is a lot more beneficial than excessive studying and essay writing. Your brain can only take but so much.

If you really haven't slept in two days, you'll be even worse for finals. Zoned, dead tired, and you won't be able to write a thing. That's happened to me when I'm extremely tired (which happens almost every day.).
