Recently my skylanders (two of them) have stopped working in game it is s1 sprocket and s1 chill I went on activision support and entered the model numbers but they wont work howevr if I enter anything from swap force it works please can someone pm me the model numbers for s2 sprocket and chill so I can play as them again thank you.

If at all possible, I'd consider trying to find some sort of contact information with Activision. If you're in the US, you can call this number:
1-310-255-2050

That'll connect you to Activision Assist, and they can help you/walk you through what you need to do. Worst case scenario, they'll pull up a ticket for you, mail your figures in, and get some new ones.
