So, one of my uncles passed away... [CLOSED]

And mom's going to Indonesia there for the funural. 2 weeks. It's kinda sad seeing//hearing someone pass away you barely know//spoke to. I hoped to know him better... I missed that chance.
Worst thing is that mom's leaving for these 2 weeks.

2 week straight depression here I come!

My Great Grandmother died in September of last year. I barely knew here either, but my mom and older sister were devestated....Shame, she lived to be 97...

But yea, as Darkwolf said, why don't you go with her? And if you cant, just come to me, I can help with depression.....

Not truly, it's a part. I'm mostly sad because I wanted to know him. We where about to visit him next year. YOu see?

I'm so sorry to hear that ;w;
I lost my great grandmother last month. I hardly knew her either, but losing a family member is always a sad time.

Yeah I know how it feels.

If it helps, I can tell you this:

Whenever I was little, around 5 or six, and before that, I never really treated either of my grandmas right. I took them for granted, mainly liking my grandpas instead. Then, when I was 6, I found out my paternal grandma had died. And I hadn't seen her in forever. I was so sad.

Then, just about a year later, when I was seven, I found out my maternal grandmother had died. The worst part was that it was the Monday after a Saturday we had spent with her. I had wanted to stay for the night that Saturday, and for Sunday. Then, I found out that she died.

And, about a year ago, my paternal great-grandmother, who I had only seen once, and when I was 7, had died. I had barely known her, but I was devastated.
