i have a bad headache, have already taken 4 advil cold&sinus, 2 at 6AM, 2 at 1PM. They're not working. what can I do to relieve this headache. (tension headache)

4. Try to sleep
5. Realize you can't sleep
6. The stupid headache won't go away

Try taking a hot shower, it may help some.
Go to a quiet room and just try to relax.
Try to get some sleep as well.
Tension headaches really do hurt, I do hope you feel better soon.
