It usually only happens when I'm in a bad mood and everything gets on my nerves. Other than that, no, not really.

At times though, I feel like something's messing with my mind and then i get frustrated, then play video games.

Not really. I can't think of a time right now where I was annoyed or frustrated and couldn't identify the reason (which is usually small things that people do that are huge pet peeves of mine, or randomly recalling bull**** people have done or said to me in the past).

Yep.
What scares me is that it's becoming a lot more frequent. I'll be randomly frustrated and annoyed at the world for no apparent reason. So I go shut myself in my room and go on DS, write or draw. That usually helps but if someone barges in, I get annoyed again.
