i saw the saddest painting in my art class :'( [CLOSED]

this was painted in a twilight of a time. the old generation is dying and a new one is getting born. in the picture a beautiful sail boat is getting towed my a steam boat, to get destroyed smilie

i try to hold onto the past for the beauty it has. but no matter what, the future comes and with it a generation that i cant ponder....

the ship with its utmost beauty can not be saved from progression

in the picture, steam boats are the way of the future. thus they have no need for sail boats; so there going to tug the sail boat to land and let it die.
