Is it normal for a Portal of Power to be flashing green? [CLOSED]

And i don't mean the fading colors, its like its being turned on and off, but only color that appears is green.
It still works and all of that, but still....
Doesn't help that my T.V turned itself off a little while ago too.

As long as what ever game system you have is on, it will stay on. Um, i'm not really sure, do you have a skylander of Life on it? If not, it might just like the color green

I even put a Skylander of a different element on there, It flashes green like its a flashlight being turned on and off.
But it still works, so, meh.

No, your portals should be glowing either blue or orange. Dunno what portal gun you're using.

The Portal likes to stay on after you turn off the console, just unplug the portal. It happens all the time at night for me.
