Hi guys, this is a topic where you can post your opinion on Skystones coming back. I'm personally über excited. I loved Skystones back in Giants and I think it is awesome their coming back. .

Although I sometimes got frustrated with them (when I was trying to rush the level), I'm actually glad to see them back. I enjoyed returning to play a game, even after the game was completed and I had the whole set

I liked Skystones in Giants, so this is good to hear

I was meh on Skystones...Still meh.

What does get me excited that's returning are the tilting puzzle! So looking forward to those! I totally loved them!

Looks like some things from the first two games are coming back now that TfB is back. I like both and happy they are back.

I hope that there aren't mandatory and you can skip the tutorial.

God I hated both so much. I understand having doors and stuff that are locked, but it was annoying trying to do them if you were going back through multiple run through. I ended up just buying passes whenever possible....

Skystones was a pretty fun game the first run through, but it became tedious and boring after a while. The tilting puzzles were pretty fun, too, much better than the Pirate Cards from the first game

Skystones could be fun... as long as they are optional after the tutorial that's bound to show up early on in the game.
Or at the very least, give us the option to buy Skystone Cheats just like in Giants.

Honestly, I was never too crazy for Skystones. So boring.

If I want to play Skystones, that's what Giants is for. Is TfB out of ideas already?

I liked skystones, so I'm glad it's returning, hopefully with some mechanic to not have one player just sit there while the other plays while playing Co-op.

I see no reason to abandon any of the lock types or mini-games.
They should put them ALL in and randomize it to keep things mixed up and fun.

You can easily buy passes for them for later run through of a level, which is likely when you have plenty of money to do so.

Some of my characters have 50k, 60k + of legitimately collected gold (not using any tricks at all!) so buying passes is no issue.

Skystones returning is awesome. Hopefully though they have expanded the idea and let you play the game in the central hub, as well as more cards and hopefully multiplayer.

Swap Force didn't really feel like a proper Skylanders game without all these minigames.

I can't give you a link but Jeff told everyone at the event that Skystones is back in a 2.0 version if you will.

I agree -- instead of a new game having one new unlock-style, no reason not to incorporate the different types of unlocks/mini-games.

I just told my eight year old son that they were bringing back Skystones and he was ecstatic. He said, "Awesome. I love Skystones!"
