I really get what you're saying there. In me and TrueSpyroFAN's class there are some boys who in there first day of darkspyro, would have 100 moderated messages

Age has nothing to do with it; maturity level does.

Although, with simple minded people, age and maturity are the same or even completly different (in a bad way).

There's no age rating because dark52 coded the forum himself. Because of that, he doesn't have to apply the US Age Compliancy to the forum, unlike most forums.

I'd probably put on maturity level too. Being quite mature myself I'd probably say if there was an age rating about 10+ , Different forum boards have different age levels IE: if there was a board about a game that was 15+ then obviously somebody that was 15 and over would be able to post there however if there was a forum about something like spyro 2 then everybody would be able to post there.
