Fatally missing blocks and items? [CLOSED]

This message comes up on my sister's minecraft when she tries to join my LAN world. I checked and we are both running the same versions of minecraft forge and mods, so is there something I'm missing? Can anyone help? My Google searches aren't turning up anything useful.

your sister should re-install minecraft and the mods. that message must mean that some of the block ID's are wrong or something, if re-installing doesnt work then you'd better be listening to someone with more expierience
