Not really sure why you're asking us what you should do. It's really more of a personal decision. You just need to examine why you want it, and then decide if it's worth the cost. But nobody can make that determination but yourself.

Don't buy it unless you are a collector and have no other unique figures to get. A figure you do not already have in some form is a much better use of funds than a recolored variant. If you have all 80 unique characters in one form or another, THEN worry about variants.

Don't know how much you're looking at spending, but you should consider picking up the bundle at GameStop. It's on sale for $59.99, trade in a junk old portal for $10 off and use a $10 coupon from McDonalds for another $10 off. 40 bucks gets you all five Dark variants and the dark portal. Something to think about.

Could not have said it any better. Not sure how much you were going to spend on Dark BZ, $20? Spend twice as much and get 4 more. |

Must buy! He's like Blast Zone, who seems so like a robotic football player. Then you add the Raiders color scheme!!! Win win.

Just custom paint your existing Blast Zone.
Buying the Dark series figurines individually off eBay just encourages the scalpers to buy more and more Starter Packs and then sell them off piecemeal for profit. But yeah, if you really insist on getting Dark Blast Zone, just buy the Dark Starter Pack at Gamestop now while it's on clearance pricing. You can either keep the other special Dark characters that are included, or you could sell them yourself and recoup the money you spent.

Is it just the color you like? Because coming from someone who has and has friend that has regular they are not that different except color. Also depends on how much he is on eBay.

If you're a collector, go for it. I personally wouldn't spend the money on just a different paint job.
