The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon Comes Out On Wednesday [CLOSED]

Don't be fooled. Stores will NOT have Spyro on Tuesday, why? Because I know from Crash Mind Over Mutant and the previous games that it ALWAYS comes out on a Wednesday.

Don't say you weren't warned...

okay maybe you are right but maybe you are wrong but it is most likely going to come out on tuesday only because that is the release date and that is when people can get the games.

I have gotten tons of Spyro games the exact day they were said to be released. Did you actually go to a real gaming store? Not a supermarket like Wal-mart? (Sometimes Wal-mart holds things an extra day) But usually Wal-Mart even has them the exact day.

Well you guys are getting it earlier, lucky!
I have to wait till the 5th of November but I'm saving up. Hopefully its not so bad waiting an extra day, I wonder who the first person on Darkspyro will be to finish it?

I went to Gamestop and they said October 22 (which it is on wed).
Then I got a paper from ToysRus and the paper says it comes out on the 22. On the paper it only showed DS game. smilie I think it is coming out on Wednesday.

Well, that's a relief. But, luckily, I'm getting the game directly from the store. That way I don't have to deal with shipping costs and waiting extra days for it. But thanks for the update, crashpro.

THEY SHIP ON MONDAY IT ARRIVES ON WEDNESDAY!

Have any of you people ever heard that postal services are off on Sunday? Apparently not.

It takes 2 days to ship.

I don't know. DVDs, games, books etc, release dates are always Tuesdays or Fridays. Like cynder21 said, it will make no sence if they will get it on Wednesday if the release date is Tuesday. The games must of been shipped Saturday and might of arrived Monday, game stores do get some games before hand.

Like my local game store sells DVDs before the actual release date, in a higher price of course.

I think it's a 60% chance the game will come on Tuesday cuz that's the official release date and it says on Gamestop that the day preorderes r getting it the 21st. (And ik ppl r going to get it from other places besides Gamestop, but i'm just referring to that.)

I do believe that crashpro is right accept the game will be shipped on tuesday and reliesed on thursday. Unless I am wrong and that some people are shipping this game on sunday But I would go with thursday.

dragonlover11 and cynder21, there's no need to go off on crashpro for posting some good advice. If it's not there on Tuesday it'll be because of the crazy way release dates are done in the US. They give the shipping date as the release date and it's then up to the retailers to either rush it out onto their shelves the same day or leave it until the next. You might be able to find it on Tuesday but you might not.
