As the Grand Prize in the wishin' well? December. But alter-egos tend to come back periodically for special events through the year.

He was saying that Snowler Brawl as a grand prize would be December, as that was the month she was released. But it's possible that they will have an event sometime with all the alter egos as top prizes. It's been done before, usually around US holidays (i.e. Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc.)
