I hate that woman sitting on the left, she always seems like she's trying to provoke viewers. I've never seen her form an objective opinion on anything.

Being a police officer is a job. Under that uniform there can either be a douchebag or the nicest guy in the world. This guy's occupation has got almost nothing to do with what he is like.

My point is that the blame should be put on him, and him alone. Not "the cops" in general. He was the only one mauling that innocent bystander.
I don't know why the police department chose not to admit that he made a mistake though. It might've been just to escape any financial reprecussions.

That is wrong for the department to not admit to his "mistake", which looked purposeful.

Our society believes that everything the justice system does is okay, even the cops that work in that system. That is the problem here. It is being corrupted and nobody is taking action about it, no admissions, nothing..
