for over a year now i have been getting really bad flashbacks of what i did wrong in my past, and it's eating me alive. sometimes i don't really know whats happening.....

i looked online and The following three groups of symptom PTSD is what i have......

Hmm well I don't know much so correct me if I'm totally off, but flashbacks are a common part of PTSD, though they're often

  • triggered by something specific
  • related to a traumatic event(s) in your life

I don't know enough about you or the things you have flashbacks to to know for sure if you have it - I would talk to a doctor about it. Self-diagnosis isn't safe and can lead to confusion and issues and such ;u;

It may not be PTSD, but maybe just your conscience at work?

I'd follow Queen_Cynder's advice.
If it's worrying you, seeing a doctor is really the only way you'll truly know.

Yeah, you need to see someone about it.
I haven't been diagnosed with it either so I won't say I have PTSD but I think I know where you're coming from.
