If Goku is god, what does that make Vegeta? Is he like, Vice God? Like if Goku has to leave does Vegeta step up to the plate? (I'm discluding Gohan because Vegeta is cooler IMO)

I took a break from Dragonball awhile ago, I just didn't have time for it, but I've now realized I must accept it into my heart in full capacity, I will watch all of the Dragonball and Dragonball Z episodes within the next three months!

i didn't play BT3 but are you talking about the guy that was in dragon ball that mercenary tao killed (i don't think he was in Z)
