Shouldnt we be able to report withouht being logged in, while i was suspened i noticed a new member get thier username made fun of. but if we cant log in..? smilie

No... there's a particular reason for being suspended. What would make anyone think a guest or a suspended account has a good reason to report posts? >.>

The reason why you need to be logged in while reporting is so that others can't do a flag fiasco, flooding dark52's flag inbox and finding what's legit and what's not.
