Hey, I remember you. Hope that iced coffee was good. I could really go for one right now. I hear ya. Nostalgia is a powerful drug. It’s probably the reason why I keep returning here. It’s almost like this place is in my veins. It reminds me of a time when I was happy. That being said, I’m currently on leave from work due to burning out again and having time off doesn’t seem to be as relieving as it’s supposed to. I’m exhausted no matter where I am. Quote: Beemo

If you're getting burnt out even while resting, then yeah it's worth exploring what else can be done, it's diminishing returns that'll not get any better at that stage

In my case, I think depression, anxiety and the recent diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) are all significant factors contributing to the way I’m feeling. The first two I’ve been struggling with for years and PHPT can only be cured by surgery which isn’t considered urgent even though it makes the preceding conditions worse. Not to mention this is the third time in four years that I’ve had to take sick leave for burn out. I’ve tried so many times explaining how tired, stressed and done with it all, but I find most doctors are dismissive of my symptoms. Quote: Carmelita Fox

I guess I am doing mighty ok. Just managed to secure a more long-term job in order to fund my living and studies and it seems that my personal social life is on the rise as well because of one of my friend's quest for new life and it is going to be great to help and spend time with him. Especially because we have been rather distant with each other in the last past years. I hope that you have been doing rather okay, or even good, Spyro Fanatic, right?

January was insaneee. Long experiments and the horrors of current events make me a sad boi. I do genuinely like my labwork and my peeps and all the DnD I've been playing though, so it isn't all bad! Hope you're well!
