People who can cover for scary, SCARY lack of profits by owning parts of the company (imagine not having 400% every quarter of the year, oh the humanity). It sounded like a good idea when companies could die to just about anything, but now that we have at least a hundred with more money than God, uhhh someone owning that piece is a problem

ngl nuzlocking today has become kinda boring. back then it was simple. pokemon faints. it dies. catch one mon per route. but now everyone has to make these crazy list of restrictions that limit every playthrough to be the same thing and videos that all follow the same editing and format. nuzlockes were cool because it made you use pokemon that you may not have used ever. but now its using calculators to determine if tackle can 3 shot a pidgey in pokemon kaizo ballsack

The difficulty circlejerk is one of the most frustrating things with Pokemon rom hacks. I want the game to be difficult to have fun, not to grind for 50 hours and experience the game equivalent of stepping on a fork repeatedly.

I really like it, its super space efficient and comfy. Only negative would be the ladder, mine has a kind of painful to climb wooden frame. If you invest in a higher quality one though you should be Gucci.

really agree with this another part i feel that fallen off is the storytelling aspect and i feel like the calculating every damage and looking up every encounter makes the story alot worse due to very little risk and also i feel like seeing the nickname rule slowly disappear is a part that makes the story worse you're supposed to get attached to these mons in a nuzlocke!!! i feel like death is alot more meaningless in one nowadays i really wish it would go back to the simple parts it makes much better for storytelling like i want it to be a tragedy for your watchog to die again

The nickname rule is so important!! It's right there in the original comic!!

And it is because these pokémon streamers are doing EVERY challenge under the sun to try and get more enjoyment out of the series instead of like, playing Cassette Beasts for a change or something

wow wow wow wow yeeeeeeah my japanese girl just won the worlds first ever break dance competition gold medal in the olympics and it happened in the 2024 paris and that is in FRANCE and it was a JAPANESE and a GIRL the first ever that is legitimately my complete heritage minus the other few but the main ones my parents raised me with for the most part wrapped up in one competition and it just made world wide history and of all competitions it was a break dance competition which has been so important to me as dance and hip hop have always been throughout my whole life and it was a girl a woman who will forever represent that and be the first ever person to do that a girl not a man like it normally is but a woman and that is so cool and awesome in every possible and conceivable way haaaaaaaaaaaa yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaah

Harder to feel nostalgic for Frutiger Aero as Windows 7 only lost support like last year. If you're lower income you probably didn't stop using a lot of stuff with that aesthetic until very recently.

i hate windows 10 it makes me angry but my laptop is too old to upgrade to windows 11 and i heard it's x10 worse. lol ^_^ :(

Oh yeah Windows 7 is way better than Windows 10. It's the aesthetic part I don't feel nostalgia for yet, I miss shiny aero but it hasn't crossed that nostalgia barrier as it feels too recent.

Regardless, Windows 11 is pure ass. Might take the 10 ltsc pill or linux (if any of me programs ever work on it).

not to be an I USE ARCH!! guy but i've been dual-booting windows and linux for ~3-4 years now. it's a slow adjustment and i'm still far from an expert, but i'm at the point where i go MONTHS without using the windows partition cause i dont need it.
