How people with over 500 hours on mercy still not know how to play the character. Like the meme of one tricks talking about how the character takes a lot of in game knowledge and awareness yet don't seem to realize that going for rezzes in front the enemy team with the other support down is a throw. Or front lining and healbotting the tank. Or not pocketing a dps for an off angle. Or picking a better character if they're gonna healbot

I know people love emerald kaizo but I don't really think it's that fun. I like how renegade platinum or blaze black does it by making it so the trainers have better teams. But emerald kaizo just forces you to have a certain team to counter a gimmick. Needing documentation to play the exact same way the modder wants is not fun.

I want to get back into reading but every book premise feels so exhausting. I just want to read a mundane contemporary drama and not Henry time travels to a dystopian world where Anime is Real. It feels like there is a huge emphasis on being original to the point where the actual book sucks ass. Maybe I'm just looking at the wrong recc lists.

I got invited to a DS user's wedding in January and man I'm so excited. All these years I've been here I've only met one other person from DS in person! (though im still in denial that people my age and younger are getting married already sob)

Yep same boat here, I love manga and comics but books just don't feel as good for fictional stuff . I'll give the books you mentioned a look.

Yep I'm 23! Earlier this year I was a bridesmaid in my roommates' wedding and now I'm going to this one where my friendo is a year younger aaA. Like I'm trying to survive grad school over here I can't imagine getting married at this age. <.>

My gf's side of the fam is homophobic and if we get married, I wouldn't want to overwhelm her by having most of my family show up, so our wedding might be pretty small too. All that matters is that you and your partner have a good time! Or heck invite some DS people.

I live in just the right place where I'll get to see a solar eclipse on Saturday, and another one next April, and I think that's pretty cool.

Holy crap emergency vet bills escalate so fast. My poor cat went in for an emergency and I'm already down $3500. It'll probably be around $4000 total once it's all over. This one visit decimated my savings. Of course I'd do anything to make sure he gets the best care but man... I'm a broke college student and this has been giving me so much anxiety... :c

Sea anemones are relatives of the jellyfish. They have these tiny hairs growing on them that they use to feed by stunning fish, shrimp, zooplankton, and so on.

But they can survive for years without food. They're like jellyfish in thath way. There are even sea anemones that have lived longer than 70 years with the proper care.

They're found all troughout the world's oceans, and they can slowly moce too. There are also fish that live inside them called anemonefish. The sea anemones protect them from predators and share their food scraps.

In tropical waters, sea anemones latch on to coral reefs or rocks.

Starfish are echinoderms and relatives of the sea urchin. There are as many as 2,000 starfish species around the world. Not all of them are star-shaped either. There's even a species with 30 arms.

When they get attacked by a predator, they'll rip off their own arm to get away while the predator eats it. Their arms can regenerate, so I guess they regrow later.

Starfish can eat almost anything in the ocean. They feed by pushing their stomach out og their mouth and directly digesting their prey. Fun fact, there's an area in Kumamoto Prefecture where they eat starfish. As you'd expect from a relative of the sea urchin, you strip the skin to eat the insides, like with sea urchins.
