i've mentioned this elsewhere on the forum, but taking the time to think of at least one nice or cool thing a day has been decent for my mental heath, so i thought i could make a topic where everyone who wants to can participate! it's not gonna fix all your problems, but sometimes it feels good to step back and think of at least one happy thing

let's see... for today my nice thing was pancakes for breakfast!

i was able to eat my chocolate bar free of interruption today which has not happened for like a week lol!

saw the creek near where i live has water again!

today was the first day in almost a week i was able to eat and drink like normal still exhausted but i am doing better now definitely i couldnt even take a small sip of water before so yeah

yay!!! congrats!!

my boss is gone so i can slack on the job a little more today mwahaha

erika and i had sister bonding time we went through my clothes and she nabbed a bunch of them up and we made fun of some of my old style choices it was fun

i finally buckled down and got myself a heat pad that i tested out yesterday! i think it'll be good for backaches

i recovered some files i thought were gone forever

which reminds me the other day i got a refund for something i was sure i had no chance at getting. it was like 5 dollars, but hey, it’s something

i did not die today i had to do stuff i thought might have been dangerous to do but i was okay

brother got me a gift! The Witch Boy graphic novel

first half of the day was pretty okay BF i was with was very gentleman very nice and didnt mind i slept through the majority of the day lol

today was pretty chill compared to yesterday night which was a really huge issue with my sister but everything seems to be cool now or at least cool for right now and i appreciate that a lot

ive only been up for a little more then an hour but the boy was able to cook for me and drop the food off a few minutes ago and ooooooooh does it smell good love me my korean food and so cool to make it for me too ah

blanket i got myself as a reward for getting through the year arrived : >

i got home and i survived the trip it was good until i got home but the trip was OK

i remembered to stretch thank god

it felt like it went by pretty quick this time and i felt a little less sick too which is very cool

took a nap today. felt pretty nice.

my cat was very cute this morning

turn out i think to not be sick with a clue or cold like i thought a few hours ago since last night i have been extremely disorientated and in crazy hot sweats but it is going away now

Love this idea! My roommates used to have us all do it at dinner. Today my labmates invited me to a lab trip at Hershey Park in June! Am excited!

^HERSHEYS PARK???? i love it and in JUNE!!!! my birthday is in June now i feel jealous so cool! and for me the food thing would be i slept 4 hours maybe a little more today my average recently has been about two so that was cool

my nice thing so far was waking up early and working out a bit. im no beefcake but it definitely gets the serotonin into my head

My dad ordered me some Discworld books as a surprise!

today has been pretty bad but the one good thing is my neck hurts less today then it did yesterday so that is cool

today was strangely uneventful but suppose i cleaned up my desk today. now i dont have to look at a mess all the time!

back to using the 3d printer mwahaha my power is endless

neck has improved i can now look to my left without terrible bad bad pain

had tea with a friend!

new birth control doc is easy to deal with and completely through text unlike the last one and this makes me very happy
