penny plunderer. this guy rolls into banks with a giant penny and steals them out of all of their pennies which are worth less than their sentimental value. this guy is awesome

dreg from bust a move is obscure hes kind of fun he looks like a south park reject character

jedah from the darkstalkers series is a neat character for a villain his fight stage takes you inside the fetus of the devil… or something idk
