In 2007 I was just browsing TV and came across season 3 of Hell's Kitchen, and I immediately loved it. I then did some research into Gordon's career at the time and sought his other shows, which lead me to Kitchen Nightmares UK and US along with The F Word. Watched them, and loved them too. UK version of Kitchen Nightmares is way better than the US version, same with The F Word.

Eh, depends on the type of cooking show. I like Good Eats and shows like that that go in depth into cooking, and I like shows like Chopped, MasterChef, etc. I think the only shows I don't like are ripoffs of previous shows. Like, I can name handfuls of Kitchen Nightmares ripoffs which tried to capitalize on the show's popularity. Some of them are alright, but most of them just were second rate.

One time I was at my dads, and I made myself a nice sauteed caramelized onion with seasoning on it. I wish I could remember the seasoning because I want that again.

Sorry this is a month late, but my favorite Gordon Ramsay show is the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares. I've watched all of his British shows besides Gordon Ramsay's Bank Balance.
