What’s with roleplays dying so quick, first few days, it was fast then now answers get rarer, smaller, the GM have a personal issue that lead him to be absent for a while, meaning the Discord is almost fully frozen and stuck because of that. Though I was safe with Discord over play by post forums, no it’s just as bad.

I really hate missing the person I thought someone was.

i read this book recently called "think again" and it has a really good point about the three occupations that people have when talking. the jobs being preachers, prosecutor, and politicians.

the preacher is when we try to convert people into believing a belief or defending a belief as sacred. you can see this when people get really salty when their opinion is criticized and there's no way to get through their shield of ego. the prosecutor is when we try to win an argument and the only way to do that is to prove that the other side is wrong. you can see this easily with the mentality people have of "I'm right you're wrong" that appears everywhere. the politician is when we try to appeal to an audience similar to lobbying or campaigning. this is done by saying what people want to hear to be more liked by people.

you can see how having too much of each job can influence the way you think. its really interesting how much i see myself and other people doing this.

also I'm sick of people saying that "i think only I'm right" when discussing something. it literally just means that you're saying "idk how to respond so I'm gonna say they're wrong because i am right" >:(

i hate when people refer to spyro as "the purple dragon". i hate tlos for what it did to spyro fans, making them think "oh, purple dragons are SPECIAL and RARE so spyro is SUPER EPIC because he can control all the elements because of him being PURPLE" i'll never forgive tlos for this.

like the thing about classic spyro (i'm talking spyro the dragon to year of the dragon) is he's just an average little dragon. he's nothing special. he just sees that people need help and he jumps in to help them because he's got courage and he's a good person. he's not some special legend, i hate chosen one stories man.

I was judged for my shadow dragoness being purple, because even with how much I explained that her coloring is due to dark magic related to failed attempts to create purple dragons,(notice the word failed here, she will never be able to use more than shadow) purple is special and there is only one was drowning me, so I do know the sentiment even if with the classic games at the time I was a kid being atrocious or decent at best titles like Enter the dragonfly and a hero tail so I essentially had to grow up with legends
